I vividly remember my stay in a yoga ashram in Kerala. While mastering the yoga asanas from beginners to advanced level, my yoga guru would always remind us: Don’t be disheartened if you are not able to do any asana perfectly yet. And don’t be proud if you already can. You are exactly where you need to be.”
